The property is centrally located, just .25 miles west of I-35 and just 1.4 miles from downtown Buda, Texas. We are 10 or fewer minutes from 12 area schools and all neighborhoods in Buda. Further, we are a 5-7 minute drive to South Austin, just one exit north of booming Kyle, Texas and a 10-minute drive to San Marcos, Texas.
