Cancellation Policy

RACFIT CANCELLATION POLICY

Summary:

To keep things fair for our coaches and participants, we require 24 hours’ notice for private lesson cancellations and notice by 8:00 PM the night before for clinics and classes. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged. Memberships require 30 days’ notice to cancel. Full policy below.

Cancellations by Participants

  • Private Lessons
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • Rescheduling may be possible based on coach availability but is not guaranteed.
  • Clinics, Group Classes, and Fitness Programs
  • Cancellations must be made by 8:00 PM the night before the scheduled session.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeited sessions or full charge.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future sign-ups.
  • Camps, Events, and Multi-Day Programs
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus any processing fee if applicable.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, unless a documented emergency is approved by management.

Membership Cancellations

RacFit memberships are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Notice must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through your member portal.
  • Billing will continue for 30 days from the date notice is received.
  • Access to the facility and member benefits remains active during that 30-day period.
  • A membership hold/pause may be requested but may last no more than 3 months.

Cancellations by RacFit

If RacFit must cancel a program, class, or session due to weather, staffing, or facility issues:

  • We will make every effort to reschedule.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund or credit will be issued.

Additional Notes

  • Credit for missed sessions due to illness or emergencies may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via phone, email, or through the RacFit member portal.
